Who are you and why do I care?

Description: The certainty of the identities of the individuals is becoming increasingly important.  It is no longer just about authentication but a combination of authentication plus identity plus a level of assurance.  We will discuss what levels of assurance are, how to assess the risk associated with applications and services, and how all of this fits into the larger picture of identity and access management.
